Retail Supevisor

Job Summary

The Retail Supervisor is responsible to provide overall supervision over the day-to-day activities of retail and online team. The officer needs to manage staff to ensure efficient flow of materials through the stock control system. Plans system and implements set ups of merchandise enhancements, determines future staff levels and operational needs.

Job Descriptions:

Operations Management

·         Provide supervision over day-to-day activities and operations of retail and online sales team.

·         Manage and supervise stock taking, inventory and top up orders to ensure uninterrupted and cost-effective flow of materials and accounting system.

·         Coordinate with the in-house purchasing on long term supply on online products.

·         Communicate with SVP and CMP Plant on the ongoing production, warehouse FG inventory and stock takings.

·         Supervise and communicate with retail staff and online sales representative in relation to sales, routes and deliverables.

·         Ensure all online sales bank and credit card transactions are credited to the company’s corporate account.

·         Ensure customer expectation is exceeded after sales service.

·         Resolve customer issues and complaints as quickly as possible.

·         Ensure all staffs are updated on products knowledge, offers and promotions.

Administrative Management

·         Prepare daily and monthly merchandizing and P & L report on product sold report.

·         Prepare sales commission report per sales representative.

Qualifications:

·         Must be a graduate of any 4-year related course

·         At least 2 years of experience in the same industry of Capacity

·         Experience in Furniture industry is a plus but not always required

·         Excellent communication and customer service skills

·         Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation skills

·         Strong decision-making skills
