What they need
Do you enjoy being the person who creates structure, connects the dots and keeps customers and colleagues moving forward?
At Imbox Protection we are looking for a structured Retail Support Coordinator to help our Sales team.
This is a practical support role for someone who enjoys getting things organised, building relationships and keeping work moving when the sales team is out of the office.
About the role
As Retail Support Coordinator, you will help keep retail activities moving by coordinating administration, customer trials and rollouts, and day-to-day support. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your career and grow professionally.
You will gain experience across Sales, Service and Marketing, learning from colleagues and developing a broad understanding of our business. At IMBOX, we believe in supporting and developing our people, helping you build your skills and take on new responsibilities as you grow with us.
In practice, the role will have several areas of responsibility:
Retail administration
- Raise and process orders, create new customer accounts and maintain accurate records in the relevant systems.
- Check that customer details and supporting information are complete, following up on anything missing.
- Keep CRM records, spreadsheets and shared trackers up to date so the team can see progress and outstanding actions.
Trials and new rollouts
- Coordinate the administration for customer trials and store rollouts, including store details, documentation, key dates and internal handovers.
- Liaise with Sales, Service and other relevant teams to confirm requirements, responsibilities and agreed timelines.
- Track actions and trial end dates, chase updates and flag delays early so the account owner can agree next steps.
Customer support and Service coordination
- Manage the IMBOX support inbox, respond to routine queries and direct technical or specialist questions to the appropriate colleague.
- Maintain regular contact with the Service team, track open queries through to resolution and keep customers and the retail team informed.
- Prioritize urgent issues and escalate overdue actions or unresolved concerns to the appropriate manager.
Sales and Marketing follow-up
- Support agreed activities between Sales and Marketing, such as customer materials, campaigns and launch preparation.
- Track requests, approvals and deadlines, keeping actions moving while the sales team is away from the office.
About you
You are organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing several tasks and competing priorities. With a reliable and helpful mindset, you take ownership of your work and ensure that tasks are followed through.
We also imagine that you:
- Have previous experience in administration, customer service, sales support, retail or a similar role.
- Communicate clearly and confidently by email and phone, keeping relevant colleagues informed.
- Enjoy building positive relationships across departments and feel comfortable approaching new people and following up when needed.
- Are confident using computer systems and learning new platforms, have a good working knowledge of Excel and ideally some familiarity with CRM systems.
- Take a practical approach to solving problems and suggesting simple improvements to everyday processes.
- Are fluent in both English and Danish, written and spoken. Additional language skills would be an advantage.
What we offer
As Retail Support Coordinator, you’ll become part of a collaborative retail team where coordination, service and execution go hand in hand. You will join an ambitious, fast-growing company where your work is visible, appreciated and directly contributes to our global growth.
Moreover, we offer:
- A varied and hands-on role with a broad range of coordination and support tasks
- The opportunity to develop your professional skills within an international company
- Close collaboration with experienced colleagues across retail and the wider business
- An informal workplace with short decision-making paths
- A collaborative culture where ideas, initiative and continuous improvement are encouraged
