Retail Support Manager

We’re looking for an energetic and people-focused Retail Support Manager to join our team at Glassons – an iconic New Zealand fashion brand.

Based in our Newmarket Head Office, this is a full-time, Monday to Friday role combining recruitment, onboarding and internal team engagement.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from advertising and sourcing through to interviewing, offers and onboarding.
• Lead our Christmas Casual recruitment campaign.
• Build strong talent pipelines and deliver a great candidate experience.
• Partner with our Retail and Regional Managers to recruit great people for our stores.
• Coordinate contracts, new starter documentation and inductions.
• Manage our careers pages and look for ways to continually improve our recruitment processes.
• Create engaging content for our internal social platform.
• Support wider People, Retail and business initiatives.

About you

You’re a genuine people person who is organised, proactive and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll ideally bring:

• 2+ years’ retail management experience.
• Experience in recruitment, HR or a similar people-focused role.
• Strong interviewing, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• A solutions-focused, adaptable and hands-on approach.
• A passion for fashion, retail, people and the Glassons brand.
