Retail Systems Support

About the role

We’re looking for an organised, practical and systems-savvy person to join our team as Retail Systems Support on a six-month contract. You’ll work closely with our stores, Purchasing, Accounts and Head Office teams to help keep our systems, product and stock information accurate and running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Bivouac Outdoor’s retail systems across stores and Head Office.
• Manage purchase order and invoice matching, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
• Support Purchasing with purchase orders, product setup, pricing, stock management and administration.
• Maintain accurate product, supplier, pricing and system data.
• Support stores with receipting, inwards goods and stock discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, stock adjustments and inter-store transfers.
• Assist with replenishment, stock levels and seasonal requirements across the store network.
• Support price changes, clearance activity and seasonal ranging.

About you

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident with systems, computers and stock information.
• Well organised with strong problem-solving skills.
• A clear, friendly communicator.
• Able to manage priorities and follow issues through to resolution.
• Practical, helpful and willing to support others.
• Experience in retail, purchasing, inventory, accounts administration or retail systems is an advantage.
