Retail Team Member

We’re currently hiring a Retail Team Member who lives by our core values: do the right thing, be accountable, never settle, and win together. As a Retail Team Member, you play a key role in supporting our mission. You help reduce food waste and make a positive impact in the community by keeping our stores well-stocked, clean, and welcoming. Your work helps move overstock and closeout food efficiently, delivering value to families while contributing to a more sustainable food system.

A Sample of the Role:

• Deliver an excellent customer experience to encourage repeat business and satisfaction.
• Greet and engage customers, assisting them in locating products and resolving issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for customers and coworkers.
• Follow operational procedures, including accurate cash handling and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Stock shelves, ensure accurate pricing, and rotate products to maintain quality.
• Receive and organize inventory, check in deliveries, and assist in unloading.
• Provide training and support to team members.
• Retrieve shopping carts and remove snow from sidewalks as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

• Manual cashier register experience preferred.
