Retail Testing Professional

We are seeking an experienced Retail Testing Professional with 10+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance, with strong expertise in Retail/Fashion Retail, POS, E-commerce, and omnichannel environments. The role involves leading end-to-end testing activities and working closely with clients, business stakeholders, and technology teams to ensure quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Functional, Integration, System, Regression, and End-to-End Testing for retail applications.
• Validate retail processes across POS, E-commerce, Inventory, Orders, Pricing, Promotions, Returns, and Loyalty.
• Develop test strategies, test plans, scenarios, and test cases.
• Coordinate testing across multiple applications and integrations.
• Perform API and Middleware Testing, including Boomi-based integrations.
• Manage defects, support root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate UAT and production validation activities.
• Work closely with clients, business users, product teams, and technology teams.
• Provide testing status, risks, and progress updates to stakeholders.
• Lead testing activities across multiple workstreams and support Agile delivery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Software Testing/QA experience.
• Strong Retail/Fashion Retail domain experience.
• Hands-on experience with POS and E-commerce testing.
• Experience with SAP Commerce (Hybris), D365, or Retail platforms.
• API, Middleware, and Integration Testing experience.
• Experience with Boomi is preferred.
• Exposure to Appium, IQP, ICA, or similar testing tools.
• Strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Test Automation exposure is an advantage.
