RETAIL TRAINER

The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating training as well as developing and improving necessary materials. It will provide training and coaching for the further development of each employee. Must work well with a variety of individuals and be able to resolve issues.

Skills Needed:

• Excellent communicator. Can hold trainee attention
• Good Preparation of training materials, lessons, team building activities, tests
• Has leadership personality
• Has experience and passion for sales
• College graduate preferably in education, mass communication or marketing
• Computer literacy such as powerpoint, word, excel
• Can do coaching and/or mentoring
• Experience in training and assessment
