Retail Trainer

Job Title: Training Facilitator Classroom / NHIP / Refresher Training

**Location:**Delhi, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Chennai, Madurai, Bangalore, Kochi

Experience: 5+ Years (Minimum 3 years in Training Delivery)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Classroom, NHIP, and Refresher training programs for field and sales teams.
• Facilitate engaging, interactive learning sessions to enhance employee capability and performance.
• Conduct assessments, provide feedback, and track participant progress.
• Maintain training attendance, reports, and evaluation records.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of training programs.
• Ensure adherence to training quality standards and project timelines.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of overall work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in training delivery.
• Experience in Telecom, Mobile Handsets, Retail, Banking, or related industries preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively based on business requirements.
