Retail Trainer

[Scope]

- With the support of the Global Retail Campus Team, identify professional, product, and technical training needs with a specific focus on the Retail network, closely collaborating with Retail Management.

• Support the Retail network through regular communication and targeted store visits when necessary, followed by reports and action plans for Retail Management.

• Ensure correct deployment and effective monitoring of the training programs' efficiency provided by the Global Retail Campus Team, based on needs for the Retail stores network.

• Act as a key Retail business partner to accomplish Company goals, proposing creative and cost-effective solutions in line with the Global Retail Campus Team’s guidelines, and establishing appropriate monitoring programs to measure results.

• Deliver consistent feedback and results reporting to the Global Retail Campus Team.

• Collaborate closely with Regional Retail, HR, Operations, Merchandising, VM, and CRM teams.

[Key Accountabilities]

• Identify overall training gaps and needs of the Retail network teams regarding product, technical, and professional knowledge.

• Provide feedback to the Global Retail Campus Team to evaluate, adapt, and localize training materials according to the needs of the local Retail network.

• Develop and manage annual and monthly training plans aligned with business priorities and Global Retail Campus guidelines.

• Ensure the deployment of engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhance the retention and application of knowledge and skills through classroom, digital, and practical learning methods.

• Oversee the accurate translation and localization of training manuals and other learning materials provided by the Global Retail Campus Team for Retail employees.

• Plan, deliver, and monitor training courses and sessions in the relevant territory, considering the team structure, each phase of the learning process, and relevant business and CRM KPIs.

• Collect feedback and best practices from the Retail network and provide recommendations to the Global Retail Campus Team for continuous improvement.

• Plan and manage induction and onboarding programs for store employees, monitor their effectiveness, and ensure alignment with the Global Training strategy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of training schedules, attendance, materials, feedback, and evaluation results.

• Stay up to date with new educational approaches, learning methodologies, and training techniques.

• In collaboration with the Regional Finance Team, evaluate, forecast, and propose the annual training budget.

• Collaborate closely with Regional Retail Operations, Merchandising, HR, VM, and CRM teams to align training initiatives and share relevant training content.

• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications]

- At least 5 years of relevant experience in retail training, learning and development, sales training, or a similar role, preferably within the luxury retail industry.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills; Team player.

• Ability to interact with a wide variety of people.

• Fluent in both verbal and written English;

• Capacity to take initiative. Proactive, positive, passionate, and flexible attitude.

• Strong business sense. Result-oriented.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with learning management systems or digital learning tools is preferred.
