Retail Trainer

We are looking for an energetic and creative Retail Trainer to join our Middle East team and help us build engaging, modern learning experiences for our retail employees.

This role is for someone who knows how to turn product knowledge into practical, memorable training, understands the realities of beauty retail in the region, and enjoys finding fresh ways to keep learning interactive and relevant.

We are open to candidates based in Dubai, Riyadh or Jeddah . Regular travel across the region is required.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver product knowledge and sales training for retail teams
• Create practical and engaging learning content using modern and interactive formats
• Support new product and brand launches through training
• Adapt training to different markets, audiences and business needs
• Work closely with Retail, Commercial and brand partners to identify training priorities
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve the learning approach

Requirements:

• Experience in retail, product, sales training or L&D, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, fashion or luxury retail
• Strong experience in the Middle East/GCC market
• Confident presentation and facilitation skills
• Creative, modern approach to training and learning
• Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex information
• Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly across GCC
• Fluent English & Arabic
