Retail Training Executive - Hong Kong

Responsibilities

·       Deliver induction and onboarding program to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the company

·       Design and facilitate engaging training programs covering customer service and sales excellence

·       Develop and localize training materials and learning resources

·       Conduct in-store training, coaching, and field visits to reinforce learning, enhance staff capabilities, and maintain operational standards

·       Maintain training records and reports in in-house digital learning platform

Requirement:

·       Minimum 2 years of proven experience within the retail industry

·       Good communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization

·       Able to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders while contributing effectively in a team-oriented environment

·       Self-motivated, proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

·       Immediately available is preferred
