ABOUT THE ROLE:

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented  Retail Training Intern  to join our Retail Training team. This internship offers hands-on, structured exposure to corporate training operations, instructional support, retail capability development, and customer engagement initiatives within a fast-paced retail and marketing environment.

As part of our Training Internship Program, you'll work alongside experienced professionals to strengthen your skills in communication, facilitation, content organization, operational coordination, and stakeholder collaboration while gaining real exposure to how retail sales, organizational learning, training operations, and marketing support functions come together in a corporate setting.

Through guided immersion in real business activities, you'll build the workplace readiness, adaptability, professionalism, and execution discipline that translate across corporate industries and organizational settings.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Instructional Design Support  — Help organize and develop structured learning materials, training presentations, facilitation guides, and educational references used for internal training programs and product learning initiatives.
• Training Facilitation Assistance  — Support the preparation and coordination of training sessions, onboarding activities, workshops, and capability development programs while strengthening your own communication and facilitation skills.
• Community Engagement Exposure  — Participate in field activities, experiential events, customer-facing initiatives, and brand engagement programs to build interpersonal communication and professional representation skills.
• Operational Coordination  — Assist with administrative and operational tasks related to training deployment, scheduling, documentation, attendance monitoring, and activity coordination.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration  — Support collaborative activities involving Retail Operations, Product, Marketing, and Training teams to gain insight into organizational workflow alignment and business coordination processes.
• Documentation & Reporting  — Help gather training feedback, operational observations, participation records, and activity documentation for reporting and continuous improvement purposes.

WHAT YOU'LL GAIN:

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Currently enrolled in any relevant degree program — e.g., Marketing, Business, Communications, Education, or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
• Comfortable engaging with customers and participating in field/community events
• Team player with a proactive, adaptable attitude
• Willingness to learn and support both administrative and facilitation-based tasks

Location : BGC, Taguig (full-time onsite)

Duration : At least 300 hours / 4 months

Eligibility : Open to both academic and voluntary interns
