To be successful, you will have:
- A current NSW real estate licence or certificate of registration, which is mandatory
- Relevant experience in retail leasing, transaction management or commercial property
- A strong understanding of lease processes, critical dates and commercial documentation
- The ability to prepare clear recommendations, approval submissions and stakeholder updates
- Strong commercial judgement and attention to detail
- Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
- Confidence using property management systems, reporting tools and Microsoft Office
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
