Retail Visual Merchandiser

We are a luxury fashion brand with headquarter in HK.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare and set-up all visual merchandising and promotional displays according to the VM calendar, seasonal change, events, promotional program  in partnership with China VM and the store operations team;
• Working closely with the store operations team and marketing team to ensure the stores’ changes are in line with the business needs;
• Support the development of artwork for various marketing materials such as print ad, brochure, packaging, POP, flyer, poster etc;
• Source and liaison with suppliers and vendors for the ordering, delivering and producing of materials relating to all visual merchandising;
• Enhance aesthetic appeal of shop front windows and in-store displays to promote new product launches, events, festive and seasonal themes;
• Manage the reordering of products and cleanliness of in-store storage area;
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in visual merchandising/ graphic design or related disciplines; preferably in PR agencies/ fashion industry;
• Minimum 2 years experience in fashion industry, with solid experience in visual design, graphic design, window set up etc; Candidates with hands-on styling experience will be an advantage.
• Have the sense of style, art, fashion with attention to detail;
• Be passionate about the brand’s identity, with personal charisma and good understanding of the dynamics of the fashion industry;
• Proactive, good communication skills in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
