The Retail Warehouse Associate supports warehouse and distribution operations by handling, preparing,

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, load, unload, move, store, and stage furniture and merchandise.

• Operate forklifts, lifts, pallet jacks, dollies, and other warehouse equipment safely.

• Inspect, assemble, prepare, repair, touch-up, and repackage merchandise.

• Support inventory tracking, cycle counts, and physical inventories.

• Ensure products meet quality standards before customer pickup or delivery.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

• Complete required warehouse documentation accurately and on time.

• Provide professional customer service and represent the Ashley brand.

• Participate in training, teamwork, and continuous improvement activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Able to safely lift, carry, push, pull, and maneuver furniture up to 100 lbs, with assistance for heavier items.

• Warehouse, distribution, retail, furniture handling, inventory, assembly, or equipment experience preferred but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.

• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies.
