Retail Warehouse Associate

Corrales, NM

Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 9am-3pm. Potentially flexible on days.

We're looking for someone who enjoys staying busy, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role that requires someone who is dependable, motivated, and able to work independently while also being a great teammate.If you're organized, detail-oriented, and love being part of a growing small business, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and care
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with inventory management
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running efficiently
• Assist with general warehouse tasks and daily operations
• Complete basic computer and backend administrative tasks
• Take simple product photos for our website and social media
• Assist with basic social media and content-related tasks as needed
• Help prepare new product launches and restocks
• Jump in wherever needed to support the team

• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to frequently go up and down stairs throughout the workday
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and moving for the majority of the shift

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
• Warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping experience
• Basic product photography experience
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
• Interest in the western or equine industry
