Winning English Academy is seeking a qualified, approachable Dentist for a retainership engagement in Cebu. A dental professional who combines sound clinical judgment with clear communication and a caring approach to patients.

Key responsibilities

• Conducting scheduled dental consultations and oral health assessments
• Providing preventive care guidance and explaining recommended treatment
• Delivering agreed dental services within the available clinical facilities
• Referring patients for additional treatment or specialist care when needed
• Maintaining accurate, confidential patient records
• Coordinating appointment schedules and relevant administrative requirements with HR

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Medicine degree or equivalent recognized qualification
• Current, valid PRC license to practice dentistry
• Relevant clinical experience in dental assessment, preventive care, and patient management
• Clear communication and a professional, patient-centered approach
• Reliability and availability to meet the agreed consultation schedule
• Previous experience providing corporate or school dental services is an advantage
