What they need
We're looking for a Retention Marketer to own CRM and lifecycle marketing end-to-end for our B2C fintech app. You'll be responsible for the full user journey including onboarding, activation, habit formation, and reactivation across push, WhatsApp.
Required Candidate profile
2-4 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing, ideally in a B2C app or fintech environment.
Hands-on experience with WebEngage or a comparable CRM/marketing automation platform.
