Retention Officer - Telecom

Vega Premium is looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales / Retention Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, retaining existing customers, promoting products and services, and contributing to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Retain existing customers by resolving issues and addressing concerns.
• Promote company products and services to drive sales and revenue.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up with customers.
• Achieve individual and team sales and retention targets.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Previous experience in telesales, customer retention, or a call centre environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven with the ability to meet sales objectives.
• Ability to manage customer concerns professionally.
• Candidates must have their own visa.
