Retentions Agent – Join Our Growing Team

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused and driven Retention Agent to join our team in Century City.

Role Overview

As a Retention Agent, you will play a key role in engaging with existing clients, resolving concerns, and helping customers continue to see value in our services. You’ll be at the heart of reducing churn and strengthening long-term client relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with clients to understand concerns and cancellation reasons.

• Offer tailored solutions and incentives to retain customers.

• Handle queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.

• Maintain accurate CRM records of all interactions.

• Identify trends and contribute to improving retention strategies.

• Work towards and exceed retention targets.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Matric / Grade 12 (essential).

• 2-3 years’ experience in customer service, call centre or retention roles (BPO/financial services preferred).

• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism

• CRM and Microsoft Office experience

• Target-driven, resilient and results-focused mindset
