Reticulation Specialist / Retic Technician

About us
All Round Gardens is a local Perth gardening and landscaping business with a crew of about 10. Retic work is growing quickly, so we're looking for someone experienced to take ownership of it.

What you'll do

• Quote retic jobs on site: assess the system, measure up, and give the client a clear price
• Fault-find and repair broken sprinklers, solenoids, valves, controllers, leaks and wiring
• Service and maintain existing systems, with seasonal start-ups and adjustments
• Install retic in new projects: design, trenching, pipe and fittings, controllers, and bore/mains connections
• Help out with general gardening work when retic is quiet

What we're looking for

• Proven reticulation experience, covering installs, repairs and fault-finding
• Confident quoting and talking to clients
• Knowledge of controllers (Hunter, Rain Bird and similar), solenoids, and bore and scheme systems
• Current driver's licence
• Able to work on your own, with good time management
• Irrigation qualifications are a bonus, not essential

What we offer

• Steady work throughout the year
• Ownership of the retic side of the business, with room to grow it
• A friendly, supportive team
