Retirement Plan Services -Mainframe Application Engineer / Tech Lead –
Location:- Radnor, PA / Fort Wayne, IN Hybrid
Must have -- Retirement Plan Services domain
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 support for retirement related applications and related integrations.
Support retirement plan operations, including contributions, loans, distributions, payroll interfaces, and reconciliations.
Deliver regulatory, compliance, and year-end processing changes.
Required Skills
Mainframe: COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, batch support, scheduling tools, and debugging utilities.
Digital: Node.JS, Springbok, Java/.NET, APIs, SQL, application servers, Linux/Windows, monitoring tools, and file transfer technologies.
Strong troubleshooting, support, and performance tuning experience on AWS
AI-related certifications are a plus.
Domain Experience
Retirement and pension administration (401(k), 403(b), defined benefit/contribution plans).
Knowledge of ERISA, IRS regulations, and year-end reporting.
• Experience with APS, PenFacts, or RS/Xnet is highly desirable.
