Position Overview:

We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Retrofit Installation Crew Leader to spearhead our commercial HVAC retrofit projects. Be part of an exciting team driven by excellence! Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and execute retrofit installations of commercial HVAC systems, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to keep jobs on track and within scope.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of technicians, fostering collaboration and accountability under a new management style that empowers and inspires.
• Collaborate on project estimates, equipment selection, and procurement to optimize efficiency and performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a commercial HVAC technician, with expertise in retrofitting preferred.
• Strong technical proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and installing HVAC systems.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to lead a team effectively while also working independently when needed.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• EPA Certification required.

Job Type:

Full-time

Pay:

$100,000 - $150,000 per year

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
• On-call availability as needed
• Expected hours: 40+

Supplemental Pay:

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Commercial HVAC: 5+ years (preferred)

License/Certification:

• Valid Driver’s License (required)
• EPA Certification (required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Macedonia, OH 44056: Must relocate before starting work (required)
