Return & Refund Project - Operations

• Identify manual and repetitive processes across Return & Refund operations to lead targeted automation initiatives within the project period to drive operational efficiency
• Translate operational pain points into practical, scalable solutions, including automated scripts, analytical models, and optimized workflows
• Map end-to-end Return & Refund workflows to evaluate high-impact opportunities for AI application and drive its implementation within project milestones
• Build and prototype AI-powered tools and automations leveraging LLMs to deliver functional operational solutions
• Drive end-to-end project execution from initial scoping and stakeholder alignment to delivery, change management, and post-launch monitoring
• Coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional stakeholders across Tech, Business Intelligence, and Operations to ensure smooth integration and measurable business impact
• Manage communication as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align strategic goals and fulfill core business requirements
• Analyze complex operational datasets using SQL to perform root cause analysis and translate analytical findings into actionable insights for project decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
• Up to 2 years of experience in analytics, operations, process improvement, or project management roles
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis, with familiarity with Python or scripting languages
• Practical knowledge of AI/ML concepts and hands-on experience prototyping or building operational solutions with modern AI tools and LLMs
• Experience utilizing Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize data and extract actionable insights
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage initiatives independently from ideation to final project execution
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities accompanied by meticulous attention to detail
• Proven ability to communicate, collaborate, and manage cross-functional stakeholders across both technical and operational domains
• Professional fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia to facilitate seamless communication across business teams
• High agility to adapt quickly and deliver key project deliverables within dynamic operational environments
