Return Lead warehouse

Job Responsibilities- Oversee the daily processing of returns, verifying the accuracy of return reasons.

• Make informed decisions to either process returns or arrange redelivery based on specific cases, in coordination with the customer service team.

• Track and compile return issue distribution, collecting data on exceptions and optimizing return reason categories to improve efficiency.

• Manage the shelving of returned items in the system, and coordinate with the team to ensure timely return shipments once a certain quantity of returns is accumulated.

• Monitor the status of processed returns to avoid any potential penalties, ensuring complete oversight of all return outcomes.

-functional teams to address any return-related issues, support process improvements, and implement best practices.

Requirements- Previous experience in a warehouse or shipping and receiving role is essential.

• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a significant advantage.

• Strong mechanical knowledge to operate heavy machinery and equipment safely.

• Experience with package sorting and order fulfillment.

• Familiarity with warehouse operations and stock management.

• Ability to work in a fast paced and physically demanding environment.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• English is required, mandarin is required.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
