Return scanning executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Return Scanning Executive to manage returned products, scan return shipments, verify product details, and maintain accurate records of returned inventory.

Key Responsibilities

• Scan all returned products and shipments using the company’s scanning system.
• Verify returned items against order details, invoices, and return records.
• Check product quantity, condition, SKU, barcode, and product codes.
• Update return status and inventory records in the system or software.
• Identify damaged, missing, incorrect, or mismatched products and report discrepancies to the concerned department.
• Coordinate with the warehouse, quality control, and e-commerce teams regarding return-related issues.
• Ensure proper sorting and segregation of returned products.
• Maintain accurate daily records and reports of scanned returns.
• Follow company procedures for return processing and inventory management.
• Ensure timely processing of all returned shipments.

Required Skills

• computer knowledge and data entry skills.
• Familiarity with barcode scanners and inventory software.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain records and handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of Excel is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Basti Bawa Khel, Jalandhar, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
