- E2E Returns & Daily Productivity: Explain system workflows and oversee end-to-end (E2E) returned-goods operations to achieve daily targets. Manage task queues from start to finish, enabling the team to maximize operational efficiency and clear backlog according to established productivity goals.
- Quality Control & Bottleneck Analysis: Enforce strict quality standards and monitor system bottlenecks to maintain service quality. Analyze root causes of operational issues to implement long-term solutions and prevent recurring problems.
- Cross-Functional Workflow Streamlining: Collaborate and coordinate with other departments across the warehouse to ensure a seamless returns process, facilitating fast, smooth, and frictionless workflow handoffs between teams.
- Policy Compliance & Management Reporting: Ensure strict team adherence to company policies and regulations. Prepare and submit progress reports to management, regularly updating supervisors on operational milestones, key metrics, and target achievements.
- Special Projects & Strategic Support: Execute special projects and support assigned tasks to drive organizational goals. Maintain flexibility to assist with general warehouse operations whenever required by management.
