What they need

Returns Operative
Garmflow Fulfilment Ltd | Newbury, Berkshire | Full-time / Part-time | £13-£18 / hour

About us
Garmflow is a specialist fulfilment partner for UK fashion and apparel brands. We store, pick, pack and ship orders for over a dozen D2C clothing brands, and we're founder-run, so you'll work directly with the people who own the business. As we continue to grow, we need someone with experience to take ownership of our returns.

*** Please only apply if you have previous experience with returns processing and reverse logistics - CV's without this experience will be automatically discarded ***

The role
You'll be responsible for processing customer returns accurately and quickly, making sure approved stock gets back on sale and faulty items are dealt with according to our guidelines. Speed and accuracy here directly affect our clients' customers, so attention to detail and efficiency matters.

What you'll do

  • Receive and process returned parcels against RMAs and order records
  • Inspect items for condition, damage, missing tags and wear, grading them as restock, refurbish or dispose
  • Update stock and order records in our WMS (ShipHero)
  • Restock returned items to the correct bin locations
  • Flag issues to clients, such as faulty batches or suspected fraudulent returns
  • Keep the returns area organised and work to daily processing targets
  • Support picking, packing and goods in during busy periods

What we're looking for

  • Experience processing returns in a warehouse, retail, e-commerce or similar setting
  • Confidence using a WMS, ERP or similar stock system
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
  • Ability to work independently and hit daily targets
  • Reliable, punctual and comfortable with physical work, including standing and lifting

Nice to have

  • Experience in apparel or fashion, especially garment inspection and grading
  • Experience with ShipHero or a similar WMS
  • Own transport (although we do have transport links within walking distance)

What we offer

  • £13 - 18 an hour part time, or starting salary of £27,000 full time
  • Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
  • 28 days annual paid holiday
  • Company pension scheme
  • A small, growing team where your work is visible and valued
  • You will have ownership of this department and freedom to develop it as we grow

To apply
Send your CV with a short note on your returns experience and the systems you've used.

Pay: From £27,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Casual dress
  • Company pension
  • Free parking
  • Gym membership
  • On-site parking
