What they need
Graduate of any 4-year Business-related or Trade/Vocational course
At least 1 year of experience in Returns Management or Reverse Logistics
Good communication and record-keeping skills
Experience with ERP and data entry systems; knowledge of SAP or Oracle is an advantage
Knowledge of inventory concepts reconciliation
Flexible, proactive, and able to work under pressure and adapt to different situations
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Proficient in MS Office applications
