Key responsibilities
- Review returned products according to established criteria
- Examine condition and determine the appropriate status
- Accept or reject items and record reasons
- Categorise returned products
- Maintain accurate inspection records
- Update information in the relevant system
- Follow quality control procedures
About you
- Minimum Diploma
- Good attention to detail
- Able to assess product condition accurately
- Comfortable working with returned goods
- Able to follow SOPs and documentation procedures
