Returns/Stock control Operative

We are currently looking for three returns/stock control Operatives to join our amazing returns department in Banbury.

Shifts

• 8am-4pm

Role Responsibility

We are a online retailer sending house and garden wares to our valued online customers. The main duties of the role will include:

• Taking responsibility for returns and the returns area
• Processing returned goods using HHT (scanning goods back into warehouse)
• Separation of goods into correct cages
• Processing damaged goods
• Control of recycling station
• Taking responsibility for your colleagues and your own Health and Safety
• Understanding and following all policies and processes following SSOW (safe systems of work)
• Communicating and working with other departments within the depot
• Aiding in the control of the inventory in the building
• Handling and efficiently dealing with stock discrepancies

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will have experience working within a warehouse environment as an operative (full training will be given) with excellent communication and organisational skills. You will need to be computer literate as there will be a requirement for the successful candidate to use Linnworks, training will be provided.

Package Description

£12,71 per hour with a bonus structure of up to £1,50 per hour worked depending on team performance.
