What they need
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Service Proposal
- Preparation of Quality Records such as CAFIS & Customer Service Record
- Consistent implementation of "No Ammendment" within group's control.
- On time submission of quality documents and other monthly reports.
- Builds & Maintains good relationship with Customers.
Qualifications:
- College graduate preferably Business, Marketing or equivalent course
- With at least 3 years of work experince in Customer Service or Sales preferably in freight forwarding industry.
- Working knowledge if MS Office (World, Excel and Power Point).
