🔎 What You’ll Do

• Lead revenue accounting operations, including month-end and quarter-end close activities, journal entries, reconciliations, reporting, and revenue recognition compliance (ASC 606).
• Provide technical accounting guidance on complex revenue arrangements, contract terms, audits, internal controls, SOX compliance, and financial governance.
• Drive process improvement and business transformation initiatives through automation, dashboards, Oracle Fusion, SQL analysis, and scalable reporting solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support decision-making, strengthen business relationships, and ensure alignment with operational and financial objectives.
• Lead and develop teams by managing performance, monitoring KPIs and SLAs, supporting service delivery targets, and fostering continuous improvement.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• At least 8 to 10 years relevant experience in Technical Revenue Accounting and Revenue Accounting
  With strong ASC 606 expertise

• At least 5 years leadership experience

  Good to have:

• Strong proficiency in advanced Excel, accounting software, Oracle Fusion preferred, ERP applications, SQL queries for data manipulation and analysis, and reporting or dashboard tools such as Power BI
