The Revenue Management Analyst supports revenue optimization across Wyndham Hotels & Resorts’ APAC portfolio by analyzing market trends, pricing performance, demand patterns, and distribution effectiveness. The role works closely with revenue, sales, marketing, and hotel teams to improve commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze demand, pricing, occupancy, and revenue trends.
• Support revenue-management strategies across APAC properties.
• Monitor market conditions and competitor pricing.
• Evaluate distribution-channel performance.
• Prepare revenue forecasts and performance reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve room rates and profitability.
• Work with hotel revenue managers and commercial teams.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to management.
• Monitor key revenue and commercial KPIs.
• Support regional revenue-management projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in revenue management, business analysis, or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data-analysis tools.
• Good understanding of pricing, forecasting, and revenue concepts.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
