Revenue Analyst

Work Schedule: US Working Hours / Night Shift
Work Location: Cyberscape Alpha, Ortigas Center, Pasig City (Onsite)

What is your mission?

We are looking for a Revenue Analyst to lead billing operations, revenue analysis, revenue recognition, financial reporting, and month-end close activities while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. This role is responsible for managing customer invoicing, analyzing revenue performance and profitability, supporting financial audits, preparing accruals and variance analysis, resolving billing concerns, driving process improvements, and collaborating across departments to optimize financial operations and revenue capture.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Lead the preparation, review, and issuance of accurate customer invoices based on Master Service Agreements and support new customer billing launches.
• Analyze revenue, profitability, rate economics, gross margin, income, and expenses to identify trends, operational insights, and opportunities to recover missed revenue.
• Review and maintain revenue recognition processes and billing procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Support financial audits by ensuring accurate revenue reporting, documentation, collection processes, and procedural compliance.
• Record monthly revenue and cost accruals and perform month-over-month variance analysis as part of financial close activities.
• Prepare and contribute to weekly financial reviews, financial reporting, and business performance analysis.
• Present financial findings, revenue analysis, and operational insights to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage customer account inquiries and billing concerns to minimize payment delays and improve customer experience.
• Assist in implementing technology solutions, automation initiatives, Artificial Intelligence tools, and process improvements that enhance billing efficiency and financial operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve revenue management processes.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members while supporting continuous team development and operational excellence.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Lighting Controls, Fire Alarm Systems, HVAC Systems, or related electrical systems.
• Knowledge of Lighting Control Systems, including dimming, switching, bi-level controls, and component interaction.
• Understanding of electrical components such as relays, drivers, and ballasts.
• Strong knowledge of low-voltage and line-voltage electrical systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit for technical drafting and design documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Understanding of Electric Vehicle Charging Systems and Battery Energy Storage Concepts is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple project requirements and deadlines.
