Revenue Assurance Head

Role Overview

· Position Title: Head of Revenue Assurance

· Department: Finance / Risk & Business Assurance

· Reports To: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

· Core Goal: Protect company income by sealing gaps in data, pricing, provisioning, and billing systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue Leakage Prevention & Control

· Build and manage automated controls across end-to-end broadband streams

(subscription management, data usage tracking, and value-added services).

· Identify and plug process and system gaps between network usage, CRM, and

billing platforms

· Perform routine data reconciliations between network mediation records,

activation logs, and financial ledgers.

2. Governance & Product Launch Oversight

· Oversee the intake and approval process for new broadband plans, pricing tiers,

and promotional discounts before they go live

· Validate user acceptance testing (UAT) for rating, billing, and product catalog

modifications.

· Ensure compliance with telecom and data regulations

3. Analytics & Fraud Management

· Deploy advanced data analytics and enterprise tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI,

specialized RA software) to monitor exception reports and anomalies.

· Partner with fraud teams to mitigate subscription abuse, illegal line sharing, or

wholesale partner discrepancies.

4. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Manage, mentor, and scale a team of revenue assurance analysts and managers.

· Partner with IT, Product, Sales, and Operations teams to fix root causes of billing

disputes and order fallouts.

· Present risk dashboards and financial recovery metrics directly to executive

leadership.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Engineering. An MBA,

CA, or CIMA/ACCA is strongly preferred.

Experience: 8 to 12+ years of experience in revenue assurance, internal audit, or

financial control, with at least 4–5 years in a leadership role within

telecommunications or ISP environments.

Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with telecom billing systems, CRM workflows,

SQL, data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau), and automated RA tools.

Soft Skills: Strong cross-functional negotiation, root-cause problem solving,

and executive presentation abilities.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
