Revenue Audit Associate

JOB SUMMARY:

Audit Associate is responsible for recording numerical data to keep financial records complete, as well as computing and collating documents, and classifying information for that purpose. They have to check the accuracy of figures, postings and calculations in relation to business transactions completed by other staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Audit daily cash deposits Vis a Vis daily cash transactions to verify if all collections for the day are deposited intact on the designated time of deposit.
• Witness Cash Count for all Hotels, F&B, Parking, Arcade, Theater, Cinema and Other collections.
• Sort, check and consolidate documents for Accounts Receivables (i.e. guest folios, point-of- sale receipts, and other documents for billing) to ensure its completeness and timely submission.
• Check and verify against reports and system the billing pertaining to usage of Memberships cards to third party establishments, Vouchers and Travel Agency Commission from Hotels and prepare Payment Endorsement Form then transmit to Accounts Payable Team.
• Validate and Relay charge back request or dispute with regards to Membership redemption and awarding to corporate partnership team.
• In-charge of document filing and prepare transmittal reports for archiving of documents.
• Ensure the company issued funds are intact and complete.
• Assist any 3rd party vendor or IT for any configuration or installation of credit card terminals, point-of- sale units and others.
• Responsible for resetting of Hotel, Parking, and Point-of-Sale system on a daily basis.
• Conduct compliance audit and spot check for cash.
• Perform such other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Hotel Revenue Audit Team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College Degree (Preferably Accounting Graduate)

• Preferably 1 years of  experience in Accounting, Finance or Audit

• Preferably with working knowledge of any PMS and POS system

• Has strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and energize teams
