About Bridge Medical

Bridge Medical is a rapidly growing healthcare organization specializing in Workers' Compensation, No-Fault, Personal Injury, and Behavioral Health services throughout New York State. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Revenue Cycle Director to lead and scale our revenue cycle operations.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the CEO and play a critical role in the continued growth and success of the organization.

Position Overview

The Revenue Cycle Director will oversee all aspects of revenue cycle management, with primary responsibility for maximizing reimbursement, improving operational efficiency, reducing denials, and ensuring compliance with all payer requirements.

Extensive experience with New York Workers' Compensation and No-Fault billing, collections, and reimbursement is an absolute requirement. Candidates without significant experience in these areas will not be considered.

This is a hands-on leadership role, not merely a supervisory position. The successful candidate will be actively involved in daily operations while leading a team of six revenue cycle professionals, with additional team growth anticipated in the near future.

The Director will report directly to the CEO and serve as a key member of the organization's leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all revenue cycle functions including:
  • Charge capture
  • Coding review
  • Claims submission
  • Accounts receivable management
  • Collections
  • Denial management
  • Appeals processing
  • Payment posting
  • Lead and develop a team of six direct reports and support future department expansion.
  • Optimize Workers' Compensation and No-Fault billing workflows to maximize reimbursement and minimize aging receivables.
  • Monitor revenue cycle KPIs and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and execute strategies to reduce denials and increase collections.
  • Manage payer relations and escalated reimbursement issues.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer regulations.
  • Collaborate with operational, clinical, and executive leadership to support organizational growth initiatives.
  • Deliver meaningful financial and operational reporting to the CEO.

Required Qualifications

MUST HAVE

  • Extensive experience with New York Workers' Compensation billing and collections.
  • Extensive experience with New York No-Fault billing and collections.
  • Proven success managing the full revenue cycle in a healthcare organization.
  • Revenue Cycle leadership experience overseeing billing and collections teams.
  • Strong understanding of denial management, appeals, and reimbursement optimization.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary: $100,000 - $125,000
  • Health Insurance
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Professional growth opportunities
  • Direct access to executive leadership
  • Opportunity to build and lead a growing revenue cycle department

Why Join Bridge Medical?

This is an opportunity to become a key leader within one of New York's fastest-growing healthcare organizations. You will have the autonomy to drive meaningful change, build scalable systems, lead a growing team, and work directly with the CEO to strengthen the financial performance of the company.

If you are a revenue cycle leader with deep expertise in New York Workers' Compensation and No-Fault reimbursement and are looking for a hands-on executive-level opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
