Client: Large Healthcare Provider

Location: New York City, NY - Remote & Hybrid Options available

Length: 3-6 month Contract-to-Hire

Job Description

The FPA Systems & Reporting Analyst will support the client's Revenue Cycle organization by performing advanced reporting and data analysis for leadership and operational stakeholders.

The Analyst will leverage Epic Clarity, SQL, and Tableau to extract, analyze, and visualize revenue cycle data while identifying trends and opportunities for operational and financial improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and analyze revenue cycle reports, dashboards, KPIs, and financial metrics.
• Query and analyze Epic Clarity revenue cycle data.
• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and recurring reporting.
• Perform analysis related to reimbursement, denials, payments, undercharges, accounts receivable, and other revenue cycle functions.
• Identify trends and provide actionable insights to Revenue Cycle leadership.
• Partner with CBO management, Finance, IT, department administrators, and billing leadership.
• Serve as a lead analytical resource for reporting initiatives and business questions.
• Explain complex data and findings to business and leadership stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant healthcare reporting/data analytics experience.
• Strong hands-on Epic Clarity experience.
• Deep understanding of Epic revenue cycle data and workflows.
• Advanced SQL/data querying experience.
• Experience analyzing revenue cycle metrics, reimbursement, denials, payments, and/or accounts receivable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to translate raw data into meaningful business insights.
• Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with equivalent relevant analytics experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Tableau dashboard development experience.
• Prior experience supporting Revenue Cycle/CBO analytics within a large health system.
• Experience presenting financial and operational findings directly to Revenue Cycle leadership.
