收益管理经理 Revenue Manager

【岗位职责】 1、预测市场需求，为酒店争取市场关键时机； 2、了解酒店收益的组成，始终能对环境竞争，优化每间可销售客房的平均收益； 3、监督房间预订流量，节假日、特定时间段、OTA平台等价格展示情况，并确保操作系统与酒店标准相一致； 4、负责制订和执行营业预算及经营计划； 5、负责制订符合酒店总体营业目标及行动方案； 6、负责跟踪和分析预订流程，团队流量，特别关注和加强团队预留房管理，更好的做好团队适度减量，最大程度提高收益； 7、根据酒店收益情况做出分析，每周召开收益信息会，每月召开酒店收益管理分析会。

【岗位要求】 1、大专及以上文化程度，3年以上酒店收益经理岗位工作经验； 2、具有团队协作能力和管理能力； 3、有较强的创新意识和创新思维； 4、出色的沟通、计划管理和问题解决能力； 5、能够使用数据分析工具进行商业分析并对提升酒店收益有独到见解。
