The company provides end-to-end services including listing creation and optimization on major platforms, professional photography, and dynamic pricing. It also offers 24/7 live guest support, cleaning and property inspections, maintenance coordination, and comprehensive financial reporting through an owner portal. Florida Vacation Collection partners with property owners who already have rentals, are converting properties into rentals, or are transitioning from another manager, offering a tailored, service-focused approach.

Role Description

The Revenue Manager is a full-time remote role. This role is responsible for developing and executing revenue strategies across the portfolio, including dynamic pricing, inventory management, and channel optimization to maximize occupancy and RevPAR. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring key performance metrics, analyzing booking trends, adjusting rates and restrictions, and collaborating with operations and marketing teams to align pricing and promotions. The Revenue Manager will review financial reports, forecast revenue, ensure accurate revenue recognition, and support budgeting and planning. The role also involves maintaining data quality in revenue systems, recommending process improvements, and presenting insights and recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Revenue management expertise, including experience with dynamic pricing, demand forecasting, and inventory control.
• Knowledge of finance and accounting principles, including practical experience with revenue recognition.
• Proficiency with revenue management systems, property management systems, and Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, or travel industry revenue management is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and present findings clearly.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working in a hybrid setup, with regular presence in Tampa, FL and effective self-management when working from home.
