Revenue Operations Analyst

We're looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to turn data into smarter revenue decisions at Money Group. Supporting the Sales team, your work will focus on performance tracking, KPIs, and budget management for assigned Books of Business. You'll also make sure the data behind every decision is accurate and reliable, and that it includes the context the team needs to act on it.

This role is for someone who is highly analytical, detail-focused, and proactive. You're curious about the "why" behind the numbers, comfortable owning your analysis from start to finish, and able to explain insights clearly to the Revenue teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Book of Business support: Support the Vertical Growth Lead with performance tracking for assigned Books of Business. Monitor KPIs and progress against revenue and gross profit targets.
• Performance tracking: Monitor daily and long-term campaign, advertiser, and publisher performance. Catch delivery issues, broken reporting, budget pacing risks, and trend changes early and fix them before they grow.
• Profitability insights: Analyze revenue, gross profit, EPC, CVR, and margin trends. Give clear context and practical recommendations on where to grow, where to pull back, and how to strengthen partnerships.
• Budget management: Track, manage, and recommend changes to budget pacing across campaigns and partners so financial targets are met.
• Dashboards and reporting: Support the build-out and maintenance of dashboards in HeyMoney, our internal AI analytics platform. Create recurring reports and presentations that give the Revenue teams and leadership easy access to performance data.
• Revenue audits: Lead revenue and payout audits, investigate discrepancies between internal data and partner invoices, and resolve issues with revenue allocation and financial reporting.
• Cross-functional partnership: Act as a key liaison between Sales, Marketing, Ads By Money, Finance, and Accounting to keep revenue operations aligned.
• Process improvement: Find manual or inefficient reporting processes and streamline them with automation and AI tools.

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2–4 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, accounting, or digital marketing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and operational/reporting tools
• Proficiency with modern AI tools
• Experience building dashboards and reports in BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Google Sheets). Working knowledge of SQL is a strong plus.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, or pacing against revenue targets.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to follow structured processes while applying sound judgment and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable managing data entry, systems, and repetitive processes with high accuracy
• Team-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills

Good to have:

• Experience with affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or digital advertising
• Understanding of IO processes, payouts, or revenue tracking workflows
