Revenue Operations Associate (E-commerce & B2B Support)

We are a fast-growing e-commerce and B2B trading company looking for a high-output, execution-focused team member to help scale our sales and operations.

Prior e-commerce or B2B trading industry experience is preferred but not required.

This is not a corporate role. You will work directly with the founder and be involved in the actual revenue engine of the business.

Revenue & Lead Generation

Send and manage outbound emails, inquiries, and prospecting efforts

Build and maintain lead lists (Google Sheets / CRM)

Research potential clients via directories, marketplaces, and online sources

B2B Support

Assist in handling inquiries and follow-ups

Prepare quotations, product details, and responses

Track leads and update pipeline status

E-commerce Operations

Update product listings, pricing, promos, and content

Monitor performance (traffic, conversions, pricing effectiveness)

Assist in campaign execution (sales events, vouchers, bundles)

Reporting & Coordination

Daily reporting (leads sent, replies, conversions, sales activity)

Coordinate with operations for stock and fulfillment

Support overall execution across marketing and sales tasks

Qualifications

1–3 years experience in e-commerce, sales, admin, or operations

Strong in Google Sheets / Excel (non-negotiable)

Good written English (for emails and client communication)

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Able to handle repetitive but important tasks consistently
