About the Company:
Our client is a global leader in tracking and telemetry for wildfire-fighting aircraft — software used by emergency services and aerial firefighting teams in 40+ countries. VC-backed, 45 people, scaling fast.

About the Role:
As their first Revenue Operations hire, you'll take the day-to-day load off the Head of Sales: keeping HubSpot accurate, building pipeline and forecast reporting, supporting proposals and pricing, and simplifying process across Sales, CS and Finance. You'll hold a busy sales team to account, backed by leadership.

Skills & Experience:

• 2–3 years in Sales Ops, RevOps or commercial admin
• CRM experience, HubSpot ideal
• Strong data and reporting skills
• Sharp attention to detail
• Confidence to hold a sales team to account
• Manages priorities independently
• SaaS or tech experience an advantage
