• Can deliver at pace while maintaining accuracy. You’re equally passionate about pushing teams forward as you are about maintaining everyone’s trust in the data they see
• Are as comfortable rolling out new processes to 100 people as you are in creating dashboards or data visualisations
• You’re passionate about making real world impact on the education system
• You think BIG, not only incrementally. In three years the revenue operations function will be unrecognisable from where it is now
• You’re process-led and hyper-structured. You plan meticulously to deliver commercial results by building playbooks that don’t rely on you on an ongoing basis

What the job involves

• We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to turbo-charge our next chapter of growth in the UK
• Turbo-charge the sales team by taking over the management of our recent hubspot implementation
• Motivate a high performing account management team even further by improving the commissions process
• Deliver world class service to our largest customers by designing processes that connect commercial contracts to the finance process seamlessly
• Increase profitability by implementing automation to replace repetitive admin carried out by commercial ICs
