Revenue Performance Analyst

Surprice Car Rentals, an international car rental company with presence in Greece and abroad, is looking for a Revenue Performance Analyst to join the Revenue & Pricing team.

The role focuses on data analysis, identify variations and revenue deviations and causes investigation.

What you will do

• Monitor daily sales and revenue performance across different regions and brokers.
• Review daily reports and identify unusual variations or changes in sales performance.
• Compare current performance with previous periods, targets, and expected results.
• Investigate the reasons behind significant changes in revenue, bookings, or other key performance indicators.
• Record and measure identified deviations and prepare clear reports for management.
• Communicate with internal teams, local offices, brokers, and other external partners to investigate potential causes and gather relevant information.
• Follow up on identified issues and monitor their development until they are resolved.
• Assist with ad hoc analysis and small projects related to revenue, sales performance, and operational efficiency.

What we are looking for

• Degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Good Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, basic data handling)
• Comfort working with numerical data and large datasets
• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, revenue management, sales analysis, business analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a structured approach to investigating issues.
• Good communication skills
• Ability to take ownership of issues and follow them through to resolution.
• Very good command of English.
