REVERSE LOGISTICS ADMIN

Our commitment to excellence extends beyond the sale, and we are looking for a Reverse Logistics Admin to join our team and help streamline our return and refurbishment processes.

Job Summary: The Reverse Logistics Admin will be responsible for managing the return process of products, ensuring that items are processed efficiently and accurately. This role involves coordinating with various departments to handle customer returns, repairs, and inventory management. Experience with NetSuite is a plus, as it will enhance our operational efficiency

.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process customer returns in a timely manner, ensuring a smooth return experience.
• Inspect returned items to assess condition and determine refurbishment or restocking eligibility.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to coordinate the receipt and storage of returned products.
• Update and maintain accurate records of return transactions in NetSuite or other inventory management systems.
• Work closely with the customer service team to resolve return-related inquiries and issues.
• Assist in inventory management, including tracking returned items and ensuring accurate stock levels.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in the reverse logistics workflow.
• Support the refurbishment and recycling processes in alignment with company sustainability initiatives.
• Any additional duties assigned by your manager.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Previous experience in reverse logistics, warehouse operations, or inventory management.
• Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is a significant advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to challenges.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift: 12:00PM - 8:30PM
