Revit BIM Modeler

About the role

BIM Modeler with strong Autodesk Revit proficiency and a background in Architecture or Civil Engineering to support an upcoming project in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain accurate BIM models using Autodesk Revit
• Prepare detailed drawings and documentation in accordance with project requirements
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure model accuracy and resolve design clashes
• Revise BIM models based on design changes and site requirements
• Ensure deliverables comply with project standards and deadlines

About you

• Proficient in Autodesk Revit
• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
• Experience in BIM modelling for building or infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and BIM workflows
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
