Revit BIM Modeler - MEPFS

Primary Purpose

The BIM Modeler is responsible for creating, managing, and delivering high-quality, clash-free Building Information Models (BIM). This role focuses heavily on Mechanical, Electrical, ECE, Plumbing, Sanitary, and Fire Protection (MEPFS) engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert 2D design drawings into detailed, accurate 3D Revit models based on client-specified Levels of Development (LOD).
• Generate clear construction documents and project drawings directly from 3D models.
• Identify and resolve multi-trade clashes using Navisworks or BIM 360 to ensure conflict-free models.
• Coordinate proactively with various engineering disciplines to streamline project delivery.
• Perform thorough QA/QC checks on all models prior to submission to guarantee strict compliance with client and industry standards.
• Present and defend technical work directly to clients, efficiently addressing feedback and revision requests.
• Support the BIM Manager with project coordination and other assigned tasks.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, ECE, Sanitary) or Architecture.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit within the AEC industry.
• Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. Familiarity with BIM 360 is highly advantageous.
• BIM Modeling certification is a major plus.
• Strong ability to interpret complex technical design plans and work effectively within collaborative, fast-paced team environments.
