Our client "KA Oceania Design Services (M) Sdn Bhd" is seeking a REVIT Documentor to join their team!

This role offers the opportunity to create high-quality architectural documentation and visualisations using Revit while contributing to massing studies and site topography modelling. It suits a detail-focused professional who enjoys independent learning, research and managing project details with minimal supervision.

What you'll be doing?

• Create Revit documentation: Produce accurate and detailed documentation and visualisations for architectural projects.
• Develop templates and families: Use Revit templates and create families to improve documentation efficiency and consistency.
• Support design studies: Conduct massing studies and site topography modelling during project design and planning stages.
• Drive independent learning: Research and develop Revit knowledge to continuously improve technical capabilities.
• Manage project details: Coordinate macro and micro project requirements while meeting deadlines and following established procedures.
• Coordinate priorities: Apply strong time management and prioritisation skills across multiple project deliverables.
• Communicate clearly: Prepare written documentation and communicate effectively in English with project stakeholders.

Who are they looking for?

• Relevant experience: At least 2 years of experience in documentation and drafting, with a strong focus on Revit.
• Revit proficiency: High proficiency in Revit, including templates, family creation, massing studies and site topography modelling.
• Independent working style: Ability to work with minimal supervision while managing both broad project requirements and detailed deliverables.
• Communication skills: Clear and confident English communication is required for preparing documentation and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Time management: Strong prioritisation and organisational skills to support timely project delivery.
• Adaptable mindset: Flexible, forward-thinking and adaptable when working in a dynamic environment.
